Grilled Zucchini Salad

3 Zucchini (Mediterranean)
1 Onion (Medium size)
1 Bell Pepper
Olive Oil (or Cooking Oil)
Ground Black Peppers
Lemon Juice

Cut zucchini in half length wise. Peel onion and cut in half. Cut bell pepper and remove seeds. Coat Zucchini, Bell Pepper and Onion with oil. Warm up your BBQ or Grill. Grill vegetables for two minutes on each side. Cut Zucchini, Pepper and Onion in bite size pieces. Add salt, freshly ground black peppers and lemon juice for the taste. Serve 4 as salad or side dish with your favorite BBQ Meats.
